Based on our current findings, the disruption was likely caused by a network issue at the infrastructure level. All affected components have been restarted and are now running stably again.
Dashboard, SFTP and phpMyAdmin should therefore be accessible as usual again. Investigating
We are currently experiencing degraded performance in the Raidboxes Dashboard as well as a disruption affecting SFTP access. As a result, the Dashboard may respond more slowly, and SFTP connections may be partially or fully unavailable. In addition, access to phpMyAdmin is currently unavailable. The databases themselves are not affected and generally remain reachable.
The availability of your Boxes is not affected.
Our team is working to identify the root cause. We will post another update here as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience. ___ Aktuell kommt es zu einer eingeschränkten Performance im Raidboxes Dashboard sowie zu einer Störung beim SFTP-Zugriff. Das Dashboard kann dadurch langsamer reagieren, und Verbindungen per SFTP sind teilweise oder vollständig nicht möglich. Zusätzlich ist der Zugriff auf phpMyAdmin derzeit nicht möglich. Die Datenbanken selbst sind davon nicht betroffen und grundsätzlich weiterhin erreichbar.
Die Erreichbarkeit eurer Boxen ist ebenfalls nicht betroffen.
